Cranbrook STRYDE4 Impact Day

Join Us for a Day of Impact and Adventure.

On Thursday, October 24, 2024, the Cranbrook School community will come together for STRYDE4 Day, an event founded by Old Cranbrookian Geoff Coombes OAM (OC 1991). This day is designed to unite students, parents, and alumni to deliver tangible, lasting social impact.

STRYDE4 Day promises to be more than your average charity walk. Students , teachers and the entire Cranbrook community are invited to take part in the 21km walk from iconic Bondi Beach to La Perouse. Experiencing the breathtaking beauty of Sydney's coastline, the event not only showcases stunning scenery but also features exciting activations, including a digital scavenger hunt, team challenges, live entertainment, celebration lunch and a few special surprises.

STRYDE4 Social Impact

STRYDE4 empowers collaboration across six critical not-for-profit sectors: Mental Health, Cancer, Indigenous Support, Disability, Families, and the Environment. Each Cranbrook house has partnered with a remarkable charity to help deliver a HIGH IMPACT PROJECT ($15,000) that will make a significant difference to their community. The charities selected have been supported by Cranbrook in the past and we are excited to extend this partnership and help them in 2024.

Our Goal

The Cranbrook community aims to raise $195,000, supporting each charity (13) to achieve their HIGH IMPACT PROJECT and make a tangible difference to their community. Your participation, whether by registering and walking or donating, is greatly appreciated. We would love to see a large Cranbrook community, walking alongside our students to help deliver some wonderful high impact projects

Two ways YOU can make a difference

1. Register and Walk: Sign up to take on either the 21km or 10km walk. Bring some friends and get behind your favourite charity or house

2. Support and Donate: If walking isn't your thing, you can still make a huge impact by donating to a student or one of our charity partners.
