Indigenous
Literacy for Life Foundation
Literacy for Life are a First Nations organisation, with a substantial track-record of supporting local communities to lift adult English literacy levels through a community-led approach.
Unlike other adult literacy programs, the model is fundamentally led and owned by communities who see their own people coordinating, facilitating and leading decision making in the program.
Lifting literacy leads to improvements in health, justice, employment and further education. It is an important step in closing the gap and paves the way for the next generation.
First Nations Response
First Nations Response (FNR) is an Aboriginal Women-led grassroots organisation providing urgent food relief, household essentials, and crisis support to their communities.
